Exhibit Hall placement is very limited this year. MOA partners have received an email with a mandatory exhibit reservation form that must be completed by Sept 8 to guarantee a table. Exhibitor registration for non-partners will open up on Monday, Sept 11. Please note, that there is currently a waitlist for non-partners who wish to exhibit. Waitlist exhibitors will be given first right of refusal for tables that remain available. Graduate Annapolis is a beautiful, scenic relaxing location in Annapolis. Graduate is in the heart of the Annapolis Arts District and just a short stroll to the U.S Naval Academy and the Chesapeake Bay.
Only registered attendees (doctors and exhibitors may utilize the MOA room block).

MOA Refund Policy
- Written request required
- Refund will be issued via check
- Before 30 days of scheduled event - Full refund minus 20% admin fee
- 30 days - 1 week prior of the scheduled event - Refund of 50%
- 2 weeks or less of the scheduled event - No refunds given
MOA Registration Transfer Policy (In-Person to Virtual)
Registered in-person attendees who wish to switch to virtual (simulcast) attendance may do so up until Tuesday, October 31, 2023 for a full refund of the ticket difference less a 10% administrative fee. No refunds for ticket difference will be provided thereafter.
